Shipping:

All domestic orders are shipped as first class tracked and sent out within two working days.

• UK First Class Tracked - £2.90.

All preorders will be dispatched within 14 working days - Please note this may vary due to seasonal changes.

​If parcels are not picked up from local post offices, customers will incur a charge for items to be re-sent. Refunds, for this reason, are not accepted.

Returns: 

We do not accept returns or exchanges due to hygiene reasons so please make sure you are 100% happy when making your purchase. All pictures of our items are our own and are a true representation of how they look in real life.  

We offer a 28-day warranty on all orders, however our items can be quite delicate so it is important to look after them with care.

Speak My Style are not able to cover costs for styles that have been damaged through wear and tear, sun exposure or tarnishing through the use of creams, perfumes or water.

Damaged goods can be sent in to be looked at after 28 days but customers will need to pay P&P for goods to be sent back. 

If on the rare occasion your item arrives damaged, we will of course be happy to offer a repair or replacement. ​​ 

We do not offer refunds if you do not get your order in time. We send out all orders as soon as we can so please make sure you have enough time to receive them. Contact us for next day delivery at a charge of £6.2o.
